Brad Bishop

Brad is a direct response veteran of more than three decades. He has held senior marketing positions for Talbots, J. Jill, WearGuard, Specialty Catalog and The Paragon. He is recently retired from SmartPak, the Plymouth, MA supplier of equestrian products and nutritional supplements, where he was VP of Direct Marketing. Brad has an undergraduate degree from Denison University and an MBA from the University of Virginia. He enjoys world travel, photography, cycling and golf.
 
Lois Brayfield

Lois is President of J.Schmid & Assoc., a boutique direct marketing and catalog agency helping clients position for growth in a changing world. Ms. Brayfield is an award-winning direct marketing strategist, recognized for her "new thinking" and analytical approach to brand and creative strategy. For 30 years, she's worked worldwide with notable consumer and B2B brands including Hallmark, HoneyBaked Ham, BBC, IKEA, American Express and Legal Sea Foods. Her innovative approach is shared in over 100 published articles and dozens of speaking engagements worldwide. Ms. Brayfield currently serves on the NEMOA board.
 
 
Kevin Haley

Kevin is a partner at the law firm of Brann & Isaacson, one of the nation’s leading direct marketing law firms. His practice includes a wide variety of topics critical to direct marketers, including intellectual property, data security, privacy, social media, trade regulation, and commercial transactions. Kevin is a co-author of ‘Eyes on eCom Law,’ a blog that reports on legal developments of interest to direct marketers and online sellers.
 
Pamela Higgins

Pamela is Vice President of Circulation and Marketing for National Geographic Partners’ catalog and online store. She has worked at National Geographic since 1999.  Her main responsibilities are developing and implementing marketing and strategic plans focusing on customer acquisition and retention.  She also heads up marketing for the online store, concentrating on emails; paid and organic search; display ads; and the affiliate program.   
 
Prior to National Geographic, Pamela worked at Time Life, where she led the marketing efforts of the music catalog division.  She has also worked as a list manager for AZ Marketing.

Pamela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Wade Lee Jones

In his role as Vice President he manages the strategic direction and tactical execution of the companies direct to consumer marketing, customer contact strategy, and omnichannel CRM efforts.  He oversees the creative, production and circulation of all the company’s direct mail efforts with annual circulation of 22 million and manages the companies four distinct banner email programs with over 200 million sends annually.  He is also responsible for the online advertising, management of the consumer database, lifecycle marketing and customer relationship management efforts for the four retail concepts with 1200+ stores in the United States and Canada.
 
Wade received, with honors, a Masters of Business Administration-Executive from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Tennessee.
 

 
Susan Landay

Currently President of Trainers Warehouse and Office Oxygen, Susan’s primary goal is to make training, learning, and work itself more fun and effective—through product development and creating a communities where best learning and performance practices can be shared. Susan completed her undergraduate work at Yale University and received a graduate degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Prior experience includes advertising account work, negotiation training and performing as a clown for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Susan has written numerous articles on management and training and currently writes the “Energize Learning” blog.
 
Paul Lazorisak

Paul has been the VP of Database Marketing and CRM at Talbots since 2014.  Prior to that he was VP Customer Marketing for Harry and David and before that an analyst at LL Bean.  Paul has a BS in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
 

Jackie Marquis

Jackie is a Senior Vice President and is responsible for overseeing the multi-channel consumer,  retail and business and business verticals at Epsilon.  In her leadership role, Jackie works to drive strategic initiatives in order to help clients meet and exceed marketing and growth goals.  She has over 15 years of experience in direct and online marketing.
 
In 2015 Jackie graduated from The Leadership Ascent for Women.  This year-long executive program focused on enhancing leadership abilities and awareness to positively influence teams and individuals. 
 

 

Dana Pappas

Dana is COO of Plow & Hearth, LLC a privately held multi-title direct marketer. Dana joined P&H as CFO in 1999 when the company was a wholly owned subsidiary of 1800Flowers.com. He began his direct marketing career at Talbots and has also worked at J. Jill, Appleseed’s and Faith Mountain, all in the Finance and Operations side of the business.

Dana holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Babson College. He sits on the board of directors as Treasurer of his local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
 
John Rossiter

John began his career in printing with Meredith / Burda in 1980 working in manufacturing while attending Lynchburg College. Since graduating in 1984, John has worked in manufacturing, marketing, and sales all in the printing industry and has been in New England since 1988. John has participated in NEOMA since 1988 and has served on the Board since 2012. John has served in many capacities over his 20 year tenure with RR Donnelley.

A native of Michigan, John has a BS in Political Science from Lynchburg College, Lynchburg, Virginia.”
 
 
Dana Springfield

Dana is the General Manger of Consumer Direct for The Yankee Candle Company, Inc., the leading designer, manufacturer, retailer and wholesaler of premium scented candles in the U.S. since 1969. He has over 30 years of experience in database marketing working with Garnet Hill, Chadwick’s of Boston, Yankee Magazine and The New England Journal of Medicine. In his current role, Dana is responsible for Yankee Candle’s Direct-to-Consumer business unit and the database marketing program for Yankee Candle’s 600+ retail stores.
 

Bill Tine

Bill is a Vice President at King Arthur Flour, a 100% employee-owned company and B Corp, where he oversees direct-to-consumer marketing, content and digital marketing, web development, and brand management of their consumer product goods.  Prior, Bill held senior marketing and general management positions in media at Cook's Illustrated and America's Test Kitchen, The Taunton Press's interactive group, and at Booz Allen Hamilton. A Dickinson College grad, he earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.  
 
Bill is currently the board chair of the Children’s Literacy Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of Chelsea Green Publishing, also an employee-owned company focused on the politics and practice of sustainable living. Bill resides in Norwich, Vermont with his wife and two children.
 
Clark Vialle

Clark is a has been a Sales Executive with Quad Graphics for six years, with experience at Quebecor World and Brown printing prior to that.  Clark is a graduate of Bates college.
 
Eileen White

Eileen is the Chief Strategy Officer for Web Decisions where she is responsible for marketing consultation, marketing strategies, and delivering actionable insights to Web Decisions clients. Prior to coming to Web Decisions, Eileen was the Director of Global eCommerce for Staples working on website strategy for multiple eCommerce platforms across the Staples enterprise. During her 17+ years tenure at Staples she has had many roles including leading eCommerce development for Staples.com, Director of Customer Acquisition as well as Director of Database Marketing and Circulation. Prior to joining Staples, she worked at Hanesbrands, Inc. where she began her career in direct marketing. Eileen holds a BS in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University.
