HOW DO I REGISTER?

Online registration has closed.

Registration will open onsite at the conference at 7:30am on Wednesday, September 19th in the Ballroom Foyer of the Mystic Marriott.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND PRICING

• NEMOA Member Discounts: Any employee of a member company qualifies for the member rate. You can check your membership status by logging in to your online profile or by contacting the NEMOA office at 207-885-0090. Join NEMOA now to take advantage of lower member rates! If your company is voted in as a member, you and your co-workers will pay the member rate to attend the conference. Click here to view a list of current NEMOA member companies.

• Other Discounts: Are you sending more than two attendees from the same company? You may be able to take advantage of additional discounted rates. See pricing grid below. First two attendees must pay full price in order for the third and subsequent attendees to be eligible for a discount.  If you are registering more than two attendees, please choose a regular price ticket (1-2 attendees price). Discounts (if applicable) will be applied automatically at checkout. Please contact the NEMOA office for questions or assistance.

• Free Registration: NEMOA member companies are eligible to submit a Rising Star Nomination Form to recognize a deserving employee with a free conference registration. Nomination forms are due by Friday, August 17th. Please visit our Rising Star Scholarships page for details and form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend the conference, substitutions are allowed at any time. There are no fees imposed for substitutions. 

If you cannot send a substitute, please contact the NEMOA office by email seven (7) business days or more in advance of the event and your registration fee will be refunded or held on account for the next conference. 

Registrants who do not cancel or arrange to have their registration fee held on account prior to the event and fail to attend the event, forfeit their registration fee.

Cancellation Refund Schedule:
Monday, September 10, 2012 or before:	100% refund or account credit towards the next directXchange conference.
Tuesday, September 11, 2012 – Tuesday, September 18, 2012:	account credit towards the next directXchange conference.
Wednesday, September 19, 2012 or No Show:	No refund, no account credit.
