We make every attempt to protect the privacy of our members and visitors to our Website.  Our Web server does not automatically capture visitor information such as domain or e-mail addresses. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail; however, the information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.  Member contact information is only made available to other NEMOA members.  Occasionally the member list is shared with other educational organizations to offer our members discounts to other industry events as a benefit.  This is by Board approval only on a case-by-case basis.
