New USPS final regulations on slim jim format just posted on ACMA site... to be published in Federal Register soon

Dear Members and Friends:

Yesterday, the USPS released the official final regulations on letter sized booklets and digest sized catalogs that qualify for lower cost letter mailing rates. These apply to all mail entered into the USPS system as of September 8th, 2009. The full details are now available on the newly designed ACMA website: www.catalogmailers.org for you to download. The official Federal Register notice will be released shortly but given the holidays and Congressional recess, we wanted you to have access to this information right away.

Please change your Bookmarks and Favorites listings for ACMA. Our platform has changed completely. Your old links may not work. Come back and visit our site frequently as we are putting increasing information of interest to the catalog industry on it.
